The Lafayette Symphony Orchestra Film Screening : Moulin Rouge
Join LSO's Prelude Project to watch a special viewing of Moulin Rouge this evening at 7 pm!
Snuggle into the theatrical yet cozy setting of the Long Center's St. John Pavilion, enjoy a festive spread of wine and refreshments, and watch the film inspired by the LSO's upcoming performance of La Traviata!
The evening will also include VIP access to meet the Musicians of the LSO and the stars of the Kentucky Opera.
The LSO invites anyone ages 21-49 to join them for this unique experience! A donation of $10 at the door is suggested.
One Size Fits All Improv
One Size Fits All Improv will perform a live comedy show at Lafayette Brewing Company at 9 pm. The audience will suggest topics for scenes and songs that will be performed by the comediathletes, and perhaps some volunteers will join them on stage, too!
The show is for audiences age 21 and over. Tickets are $8 per person and $15 per couple.

Check out a post-grunge act that comes to Lafayette's newest venue, The Hideaway Bar & Grill, Friday night at 9 p.m. The show costs $10.

The Lafayette Symphony Orchestra presents Verdi's La
Traviata
Join the LSO and Kentucky Opera for their performance of Verdi's La Traviata! Tickets are still available for Saturday's concert. The show begins at 7:30 pm. To purchase tickets, click here.

Rob Dixon Performs at Carnahan Hall
Carnahan Hall presents Jazz Musician, Rob Dixon! Rob has worked with a number of well known artists such as The Count Basie Orchestra, Tony Bennett, Dakota Stanton, The Ellington Band, The Illinois Jacquet Big Band, Jonah Hones, Rufus Reid, Akira Tana, Slide Hampton, Ray Charles, The Maria Schneider Orchestra and The Smithsonian Master Works Jazz Orchestra. In 2002, Rob moved back to Indianapolis where he worked with a number of organizations, such as The Cleveland Heritage Jazz Orchestra.
The performance begins at 2:45 pm at Carnahan Hall! A Q&A session will follow the concert.
